Sabal palms, Foxtail palms, live oaks, and specimen trees. Proper depth, backfill, and staking included.
Hedge Installation & Trimming
Viburnum, Clusia, Podocarpus, and privacy hedges installed and maintained. HOA-compliant shaping available.
Seasonal Cleanup
Post-storm debris removal, dead material clearing, bed edging refresh, and mulch top-off.
Ongoing Maintenance
Monthly or bi-monthly visits covering all landscape maintenance. One point of contact, fixed monthly rate.
Common questions
What types of grass work best in Sarasota?+
Floratam St. Augustine is the most popular – it handles the heat and looks great with regular irrigation. Zoysia is denser and more drought-tolerant once established. Bahia is lowest-maintenance and works well for larger properties. We’ll recommend based on your soil, sun exposure, and irrigation setup.
How long does new sod take to establish?+
In Florida’s climate, new sod typically roots within 2-3 weeks if watered properly. We set up a temporary irrigation schedule during installation and walk you through the establishment period.
Do you work with HOA landscaping requirements?+
Yes. We’re familiar with the plant lists and maintenance standards required by most Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch HOAs. We’ll confirm compliance before any installation.
Can you replace plants that were damaged in a hurricane?+
Absolutely. We do a lot of post-storm work – removing damaged material, replanting, repairing irrigation damage, and re-mulching affected beds. Call us after any significant weather event.
Do you offer a maintenance contract?+
Yes. Our monthly maintenance agreements cover all scheduled visits, trimming, edging, debris removal, and seasonal adjustments. Pricing is based on property size – most residential properties run $150-$350/month.
