Our design process starts with a site walk where we assess drainage, sun exposure, existing irrigation zones, and your HOA requirements if applicable. We then produce a plan with plant placement, bed layout, and estimated irrigation modifications.

Every design includes an irrigation plan – zone counts, head types, and controller adjustments needed.
Installation Management
We handle the full install in-house after design approval. Design and build under one contract.

What does landscape design cost?+
For most residential projects, design fees run $350-$800 depending on property size and complexity. The fee is credited toward installation if you move forward with us.
How long does the design process take?+
We schedule the site walk within a week of your call. The concept plan is typically ready within 5-7 business days. Most projects are shovel-ready within 3 weeks of the first call.
Do you design for HOA-regulated communities?+
Yes. We know the plant lists and landscaping standards for most Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte County HOAs. We handle any required HOA submission paperwork.
Can you redesign just one part of the property?+
Absolutely. Front yard only, backyard only, a single bed refresh – we scope the design to what you actually want changed.
Do you use Florida-native plants?+
We prioritize Florida-friendly and native species wherever the design allows – they require less water, less maintenance, and hold up better in our climate.
